This property supplies pillows and blankets for guests. Guests will need to bring with them sheets/linens, bath towels, and beach towels. Check-in is 3:00pm and Check-out is 10:00am. All bookings and lease payments are handled by Coastline Realty LLC for 10 Swan Avenue, Unit A. Each reservation includes a $65 processing fee, a refundable security deposit of $400, and a $200 cleaning fee as part of the lease agreement. Kindly note the refundable security deposit cannot be paid by credit card, and a tenant cancellation policy applies to every lease.
