There are some fun amenities for 2022 - 3 beach boxes with beach chairs, umbrellas (2 already set up each day) and cabana, they will be located on the Ocean Street beach which is conveniently located to the house (10 minute walk). The boxes will be locked and a key for the pad locks will be on the beach tags (12) ring in the kitchen drawer. The boxes, umbrellas and cabana will each be labeled with a red tag marked "Duke of Windsor". There will be a little extra room in the boxes to leave personal belongings for the week to make it even easier to get to the beach every day. These beach amenities run from Memorial Day through a few days after Labor Day.
The homeowner is linking up with the local Linen Ladies linen company for a linen package for guests. Guests can purchase, if they like, this linen package directly from Linen Ladies on their website.
Your first level consists of a grand chefs kitchen with marble counters and high end appliances including two refrigerators and two dishwashers. Also on this level is a foyer sitting area, formal living room, informal living room and a dining room. There s a breakfast nook and counter seating in the kitchen. Plenty of space for everyone!
The second floor offers five bedrooms, each with a private bath and one with a private rear balcony.
The third floor offers a guest suite with a private bath and a separate master bedroom with private bath.

It Doesn’t Get Better than This!
The Duke of Windsor is exquisitely maintained and just beautiful in every way. We loved both the history of the home and the location in the famous historic district of Cape May. The beach is literally a 10 minute walk away and the convenience of having chairs and an umbrella available at the beach specifically for Duke of Windsor was incredibly convenient. The long list of amenities associated with the house shows the owners of have thought of everything to make your visit most enjoyable. The house is long on charm and full of gorgeous authentic details (check out the staircase!), but the owners have also updated the house with very tasteful en-suite bathrooms and a renovated kitchen that lacks for nothing. The porch is very cozy and the main living area was big enough for our large family to enjoy nightly games together. The design conscious among us really appreciated the custom made beds, lovely bed linens, high quality furniture and the superb first rate renovation results. We’ve been renting houses in Cape May for 30 years and this one is hands down the best one in every way. Also Ed and his crew at Coastline Realty were very responsive to our every need. They were friendly, professional and very easy to work with. The Duke of Windsor was a “dream come true” summer vacation rental experience, bar none!
