The European white oak flooring throughout the entire home is durable and functional for the coastal lifestyle. The living room features a gas-burning fireplace and opens to a dining area and newly renovated custom chef s kitchen with designer cabinets, custom tile, quartz countertops, a Sub-Zero refrigerator, Wolf dual range, a massive center island and a breakfast nook overlooking the pool, backyard and afternoon sun. A mudroom offers a second refrigerator, powder room and laundry room. The rear deck features a Napoleon grill and overlooks the private, in-ground heated pool surrounded by a paver patio and a beautifully landscaped yard. The expansive first-floor master suite features an en-suite marble master bathroom with a shower and soaking tub. A first-floor den, with French doors for added privacy, also serves as a bedroom neighboring the first-floor full bathroom. The second floor offers four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a second story deck. The entire third floor is one huge bedroom with six twin beds and plenty of space for the kids to play! A $1250 security deposit and $500 cleaning fee will be applied to all reservations. Owner provides blankets, bedspreads and pillows. Tenants must bring or rent their own sheets and towels. In-season rentals include a beach box at Trenton Avenue, with beach chairs and umbrellas. The Seahaven has plenty of room for 18 guests, off-street parking for three cars, and is just one block from the beautiful beach of Cape May!
