This beach house also comes with 2 outside showers and onsite parking. If you love coming to Cape May to enjoy fall festivals then you will take comfort in knowing that this elegant condo is only 4 minutes to the Cape May Convention Hall and comes with a gas fireplace that you can warm up to after a day filled with enjoyment. Come and relax at our home away from home and enjoy everything that Cape May New Jersey has to offer! ***Tenant responsible for bringing all blankets, towels, and linens. Only pillows provided. Protective coverings provided on mattresses and pillows. No quilts or spare blankets provided. Keyless entry now being used for access. Cleaning company using CDC guidelines. Owners posting guidelines/ recommendations for tenants. No board games or books provided. Tenants must bring own kitchen towels and pot holders, gloves, etc. Bathroom/ shower mats not provided. If tenants use pack and play they must wipe down with sanitizing agent after use. Meter free parking on side street as well as off street parking for 2 cars depending on their size. Trash is picked up by Waste Management early Thursday morning, it is best to take trash out to curb Wednesday evening and then return cans back once trash is picked up. The two recycling bins must be near curb Monday night for collection Tuesday morning. Additional notes in condo. NO SMOKING or LIGHTING OF CANDLES allowed. There is a cleaning fee of $150.

Owner uses company "The Can Man" that takes trash and recycling cans to and from the curb to be emptied, tenant does not have to take them out.
