This elegant "upside-down" retreat accommodates up to 10 guests.This fully renovated home, infused with modern amenities and tasteful decor, sets the stage for a truly unforgettable vacation. Living Space: Discover the sun-drenched living area on the top floor, where plush furnishings, a large flat-screen TV mounted above the fireplace, and ample couches create an inviting ambiance. The upside-down design showcases mesmerizing coastline views from the open kitchen and living area, while floor-to-ceiling windows welcome natural light and refreshing ocean breezes. The third floor also features a cozy, secluded loft area, perfect for a peaceful downtime or reading. A telescope awaits astronomers or curious observers eager to explore the Delaware Bay's marine life. Adjacent to the loft, you'll find a convenient powder room for guests' use. Kitchen & Dining: Indulge your culinary desires in the gourmet kitchen, featuring top-of-the-line appliances, granite countertops, and all the essential cookware, utensils, and cutlery. Gather around the elegant dining table, seating 10, for unforgettable meals accompanied by laughter and engaging conversation. Deck Area: The third floor boasts a stunning deck area, perfect for sunbathing or witnessing the captivating sunset over the horizon. Unwind with your favorite drink, absorb the sun's warmth, and breathe in the invigorating ocean air. Bedrooms & Bathrooms: The second floor houses five beautifully appointed bedrooms, 3 are equipped with a television for your entertainment, promising a restorative night's sleep. The master suite offers a luxurious king-sized bed with a sleep number mattress, en-suite bathroom, and ample closet space. The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed and a full bathroom right next door, while the third bedroom provides two cozy twin beds. Two additional bedrooms, both furnished with queen-sized mattresses, share a bathroom. For the safety of young children, safety gates are installed on each stairway. Linens & Towels: We provide linens and towels for all guests, ensuring a comfortable and carefree stay. This includes sheets, pillows, and blankets for each bed, as well as 6 beach towels, 10 bath towels, 10 hand towels, 10 washcloths, 3 bath mats, and 3 dish towels. Workspace: Find inspiration in the dedicated workspace, perfect for remote work or quiet contemplation, as you admire the breathtaking coastline view. Stay connected and productive in the serene surroundings of Cape May Point. Outdoor Spaces & Amenities: The secluded, fully fenced-in backyard offers a lush oasis for BBQs, picnics, and alfresco relaxation, accompanied by the gentle song of the ocean breeze. The backyard features a gas grill and fire pit, inviting you to create lasting memories under the starlit sky. Enjoy your morning coffee on the covered back porch or admire the day's final brushstroke from the front deck. An outdoor shower washes away salt and sand after a day of beach combing. Guests have access to one bay of the two-car garage, where they will find 6 beach chairs, a beach cart, umbrella, and a cooler for a perfect day at the beach. Elevator & Accessibility: Our property is fully accessible, with elevator access to all floors. This means you can easily move between levels without having to navigate stairs. Our elevator access means you won't have to worry about lugging your heavy suitcases up flights of stairs. You can simply step into the elevator and be whisked up to your room in no time. The elevator does not accomdate a full sized wheel chair - the entrance is too small.
